Duty Status: Staggered Early Release //// Due to anticipated inclement weather in the immediate and surrounding area, unit commanders and supervisors are authorized to stagger release of non-mission essential personnel beginning at 1400. All personnel will need to pick up their children from the Child Development Centers and Youth Center as they are released from work. The Youth Center will not open for after school care or Open Rec. Units are encouraged to stagger the release of their personnel to avoid congestion while exiting the base. Cardinal Creek gate will be opened at 1400 local for outbound traffic only.
