Hours of Operation:
Monday - Sunday 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

We are located about 20 miles east of St. Louis, Mo., near Belleville, Ill. The Aeromedical Evacuation of injured Soldiers, Sailors and Airmen aboard various military aircraft to military locations around the country is our primary mission.

The Scott AFB Passenger Terminal is located in building P-8. Long-term parking is available, for a period not to exceed two weeks. Winggate Travel (Commercial Travel Office) and TMO Passenger Travel are also located in building P-8. Winggate Travel can be reached at 618-207-4959 and TMO Passenger Travel can be reached at DSN 576-5785/Commercial 618-256-5785.

Our 72 hour flight schedule is current as of 03 July 2018 @ 1500. ALL FLIGHTS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. Please call us at 618-256-3017 Mon-Fri from 0730-1630 for the most up to date information.
Due to technical difficulties, our 72 hour flight recording will not be updated today.
For passengers looking to utilize long term parking, passes are now required. Please check with the VCC (located just before the main gate) before attending roll calls to get a pass to avoid being towed and any unnecessary delays in processing once you arrive. We apologize for any inconvenience.

For all passengers interested in the flight for Andrews AFB, Camp Springs, MD for the 20th of April, we regret to inform you that, due to mission requirements that mission has slipped to have an early go and we can no longer offer seats for that flight. We apologize for any an all inconvenience.

AMC Passengers, Due to a misinterpretation of the recent policy change the 72 hour flight schedule was removed from Social Media. However, after discussing this intent with HQ AMC/A4TP. The intent of the message has been clarified to remove any thirty day schedule which is a direct feed from one of our flight tracking systems. I am pleased to say Scott AFB Small Air Terminal will continue to post the 72 hour flight schedule this evening. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. AMC Passengers, Just an advisory for any passengers inquiring about the flight to Geilenkirchen, Germany tomorrow. This base is a NATO base, meaning that only travelers stationed there are eligible to fly there. Hope this clears up any confusion.
