The UNITE Program provides squadron leaders with the maximum flexibility to deliver programs that build cohesion for personnel within their unit through social and recreation events. The Civilian Personnel Office and Equal Opportunity Office provide mediation between individuals as a resource to resolve issues at the lowest level before they escalate. Mediation services may be arranged by either the Civilian Personnel Office or the Equal Opportunity Office, dependent upon the issues being addressed.

IROs focus on non-clinical primary prevention of interpersonal and self-directed violence. The IRO collaboratively identifies and implements public health-informed and evidence-based prevention efforts to eliminate sexual assault, dating violence, domestic abuse, child abuse, harassment, and suicide. IROs are the OPR for the base Suicide Prevention Program, Community Climate Assessments and Comprehensive Integrated Primary Prevention (CIPP) Plan development.
