6/24/2013 9:51:36 AM ET Nobody answers the phone and the recorded message states they will respond in 5 days. All I want is to make an appointment for a dependent ID card. I looked at the Scott AFB Web Page and couldn't find a link. You shouldn't have to wait a week for somenone to respond when all you want is an appointment. This is less than satisfactory customer service.
