Defense Travel System (DTS) Assistance
For DTS inquiries such as authorizations, vouchers, or account support, your primary point of contact is your unit’s Organizational Defense Travel Administrator (ODTA) / Unit DTS representative.
- Don't know who your ODTA is? Submit a CSP Inquiry to receive the correct point of contact.
- ODTA out of office for an extended period? A CSP Inquiry ensures your issue is addressed promptly.
- ODTA unsure of the solution? They may:
- Create a CSP Inquiry on your behalf
- Visit the Finance Office during service hours for applicable training or hands-on assistance
- Contact our office directly during official support hours: Monday–Wednesday, Friday | 09:00 – 15:00
- Need help after hours? Refer to the Organizational Defense Travel Administrator (ODTA) for information on receiving assistance outside of regular duty times. This link provides step-by-step instructions, escalation options, and alternative contact information.
Tip: Your unit’s in-processing checklist may already contain up-to-date DTS contact details.
