Airman 1st Class Davin Simmons, 375th Civil Engineer Squadron engineer apprentice, uses an auto level to find the elevation of new concrete pads at the bare base exercise area at the Scott Air Force Base Lake June 21, 2018. The 375th CES is laying concrete pads to be used by Scott AFB units during contingency training exercises.
