WINGATE TRAVEL PHONE REPAIRS
Wingate Passenger travels phone system is experiencing complications. Most phones on base are able to call in (256-5397) and receive the automated answering/sorting service. However; some phones across the base call in and do not receive the automated answering/sorting service. In order to solve the issue the contractor is installing a new phone system. We expect this new system to take approximately a week to install.

In the meantime travelers have several options:
- Visit Wingate Passenger Travel in Bldg. P-10
- Send an email one of the following organizational boxes (both of which are checked several times a day):

Org box: scott@winggatetravel.com
Travel request box: travel.request@winggatetravel.com

We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding and we will do everything we can to mitigate the impacts of this issue.
