MPS MINIMAL MANNING - 9 DEC
The Military Personnel Section (MPS) will be minimally manned tomorrow, 9 Dec., starting at 1430 due to a 375 FSS Function. The DEERS section will still service those scheduled appointments thru 1600. Passport office, Career Development and Force Management open for customers thru 1430. The MPS will resume normal business hours on Monday, 12 Dec 2011. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

RED CROSS BLOOD DRIVE - 13 DEC (FINAL ARCDRIVE FOR 2011)
The ARC monthly blood drive will be held at Rockwell Hall Tues Dec 13th from 0800-1700 To check eligibility requirements visit http://www.redcrossblood.org/donatingblood/eligibility-requirements. 80 Blood Units Is the Goal! Volunteers are needed for various positions. Complementary Chick-Fil-A, Free Food & Long Sleeve T-Shirts will be available while supplies last for presenting donors. 375 AMW COMMANDER'S FUN RUN- 16 DEC
The 375 AMW Commander's Challenge will form up in PTUs at the parade field at 1530 on 16 Dec. Please remember to hydrate beforehand and it is encouraged to bring out your guidons to show unit pride!

ACTIVITY DISTRIBUTION OFFICE TRAINING- 14 DEC
The 375th CS/SCOK Official Mail Center will be hosting a class for those appointed as an Activity Distribution Office responsible for receiving/signing for official mail on 14 Dec from 0800 - 0900 @ Bldg 859 Room 134. SCOTT TOP 3, MOBILE BLOOD DRIVE - 22 Dec
In the spirit of gift giving, Scott Top 3 is hosting a mobile blood drive to help you give the gift of life! The drive will be held on Thursday, Dec 22 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Exchange. To avoid long wait times and to help keep the mobile donor bus full all day, please visit www.bloodcenterimpact.org (use Sponsor ID 10089) to schedule your appointment online. VISITOR CONTROL CENTER CLOSED - 23 DEC
The members at the Visitor Control Center are glad to help family members get passes to visit but want everyone to know they'll be closed Dec. 23. So what does this mean to you if you have family coming into town for the holidays? If at all possible get your passes early. Have the family come in a day or two earlier to avoid the lines. If this is not possible , passes still will be available at the Shiloh Gate, but might take longer due to manning limitations that day. Please be prepared for these closures and enjoy your holidays.

SCOTT AFB PASSENGER TERMINAL CLOSURES - 25 Dec, 1 JAN
The Scott AFB Passenger Terminal will be closed on 25 Dec and 01 Jan in observance of the Christmas and New Year's Holiday. Normal operating hours (0600-1700) will resume on 26 Dec and 02 Jan. Recorded flight information is available 24 hours a day by calling 618-256-1854. Please contact the Passenger Terminal at 618-256-3017 with any questions.

EIM SITE OWNER JANUARY CLASSES
The 375th EIM Helpdesk has three more EIM Site Owner classes available in January.

The class dates are as follows:

Jan 11 & 12, 0800-1600 Bldg 859 Rm 134 (EIM Site Owner)

Jan 18 & 19, 0800-1600 Bldg 859 Rm 134 (CG Only)

Jan 25 & 26, 0800-1600 Bldg 859 Rm 134 (EIM Site Owner)

Jan 30, 0800-1000 Bldg 859 Rm 134 (Permissions only)

This is a mandatory class for anyone who "owns" an EIM Site, however if you have already taken an EIM Site Owner class and have the certificate you DO NOT need to attend this training. If you have any questions, contact the 375th EIM Helpdesk at 256-3054.

FLURRY HURRY 5K RUN - 9 DEC
Join the Fitness Center by participating in the Flurry Hurry 5K Fun Run/Walk scheduled for 9 Dec. The run will begin at 1130 at the Parade Grounds. Entry fee is $12 for those wanting a long sleeve T-shirt and to be eligible for awards. To receive a T-shirt on race day, participants must register NLT 5 Dec. Awards will be given for the 1st place male/female finishers, plus random drawings for the remaining paid finishers. The event is open to all Active Duty, Reserve, Air National Guard, Retirees, DoD Civilians and dependents. *Note: All fun runs are free events unless the participant wishes to purchase a t-shirt and also be eligible for awards or prizes. ANGEL TREE - Now through 10 DEC
The First Sergeants, A&FRC and the Chapel are working with the Base Exchange and their vendors to spread a little extra holiday cheer to our Scott families. There will be Angel Trees at the Exchange, Airman & Family Readiness Center and the Chapel now - 10 Dec. People who would like to purchase a present for a Scott child can stop by one of the three locations to pick up an Angel Card. The Angel Card and gift will be returned to the Exchange regardless of where they obtained the Angel Card. If you have any questions or need additional info please don't hesitate to call 256-8668.

PHEASANT HUNT - 10 DEC
Join Outdoor Recreation for a Pheasant Hunting Trip on 10 Dec at "Quail Country Hunts" in Mulberry Grove IL. The hunting package includes transportation, experienced guides, top quality hunting dogs, easy walking tour, practice clay pigeon shoot, three pheasants (cleaned and bagged), lunch and a guaranteed good time all for just $105 per person!! YOUTH & KEYSTONE GYM SALE - 10 DEC

MOPS is an organization that serves mothers and young children. It provides a vital support system especially for mothers whose spouses are deployed. They have 93 registered children in the program.
