How to Register for Media Access

Media registration for credentialed media is now open. We can't wait to host you!

If you are a broadcast TV or radio outlet, or a mainstream news outlet, please email 375th Air Mobility Wing Public Affairs and include your name, outlet, audience reach, phone number, email, and preferred days to attend the airshow.

All media opportunities are below. Please note in the email what day(s) you want to attend.

  • Wednesday, May 10: Blue Angels #7 media and key influencer flight and media gaggle
  • Thursday, May 11: Blue Angels full team arrival and media gaggle
  • Friday, May 12: Practice show before public crowds during the Saturday and Sunday show days
  • Saturday, May 13: Airshow
  • Sunday, May 14: Airshow 

The deadline for submitting your media access request is Wednesday, May 3, 2023.  

There will be no general photographer access granted for the 2023 event due to capacity restrictions on the ramps. Any credentialed photographers seeking access will also need to submit a link to previously published photos on a recognized media outlet site.
