EAP supports DAF (APF, NAF, Space Force, ANG) employees and Army civilians on AF-led Joint Bases and their respective household members. Services are free, confidential, 24/7 online, in-person, by phone or virtual. Provides world-wide emergency financial assistance to Airmen and their eligible family members in the form of interest-free loans and grants for needs such as: emergency travel, child care, vehicle repair/payment, basic living expenses, and more. Members requesting assistance with emergency travel may contact the American Red Cross 24/7 at 1-877-272-7337; all other requests are made through the AFAS website.
