MISSION: "Showcasing the Air Force Story" The 375th AMW Public Affairs provides trusted counsel to leaders; builds, maintains, and strengthens Airmen morale and readiness; enhances public trust and support; achieves global influence and deterrence; and provides photo, video, and graphics, writing & multimedia expertise to tell to the Air Force story.
Public Affairs is broken down into three unique sections providing different services: Command Information, Community Engagement and Media Operations.
Studio photography is by appointment only and available for official portraits as required by AFI as well as applications for special duty assignments, official passports, and citizenship applications. Chain-of-command studio photography will be provided for leadership at the squadron-level and above (commander, deputy/vice commander, senior enlisted leader, and first sergeant) as well as quarterly and annual award winners at the group-level and above.
In an effort to reduce no-shows, which have become an issue lately, we will start implementing a no-show letter to commanders. You will need to get commander approval for a re-shoot. If you cannot make it, please call us and we’ll be happy to reschedule. All members receive confirmation emails about their appointments.
Provides effective and efficient communication tools to link Airmen with their leaders. Command information helps Airmen and their families understand their purpose, role, and value to the Air Force. Additionally, Command Information also oversees various social media platforms, provides studio photography for official photos, and produces content to tell the Air Force story and preserve history.
To schedule an official photo or studio photography, please use the scheduling application located in the top right corner, or click here.

Encompasses activities of interest to the general public, businesses, academia, veterans, service organizations, military-related associations, and other community entities. Working collaboratively with and through these various groups enhances mutual understanding, cooperation, and support necessary for effective Air Force operations and recruitment and retention opportunities.
If you would like to request a speaker--military or civilian--for your organization's event, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Tours of the base are provided to civic leaders, community groups, and school groups (JROTC/high school and ROTC/college) to educate them about the base’s missions and its role in global military operations. Because tour itineraries and security measures must be pre-coordinated, late notice and drop-in requests cannot be accommodated. Tours are not offered on the weekends. Tours are balanced against daily operations and mission schedules. Tours may be cancelled at any time due to increased security measures or to meet military mission requirements. To request a tour, submit a Tour Request Form to email@example.com
Please e-mail all "Scott-All" bulletin requests to 375AMW.firstname.lastname@example.org no later than noon on Wednesday (for Thursday publication). Entries must be 75 words or less, formatted (see below). A simple e-mail should suffice (no need to put on letterhead or attach as a separate document). Content is limited to items of base-wide importance from military, official private organizations and tenant units. For questions or to give feedback, call 618-256-2600.
