Scott celebrates ‘Year of the Lear’ with consolidation, avionics upgrades

As the operations officer, Chapa is responsible for ensuring coordinating the aircraft’s upgrades and training aircrew on the differences between the legacy C-21 and AUP upgraded C-21. One by one, C-21s are being sent to Wichita, Kansas, to receive new avionics and communications suites that will expand the aircraft’s reach, effectiveness, and capability.
