375th SFS, St. Clair PD discuss active shooter procedures at Scott Elementary

Lt. Col. Yon Dugger, 375th Security Forces Squadron commander, speaks to members of the St. Clair County Police Department and Scott Elementary School, Dec. 21, 2018, at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois. The organizations met to discuss base procedures in the event of an active shooter incident to include a walkthrough of the school to locate all possible exit points and potential safe rooms in the building.
