Thomas Dunlap, 375th Communications Squadron NCO in charge of radio frequency transmissions, suits up in bunker gear, July 7, 2017, at the O’Fallon Fire Department in O’Fallon, Illinois. “Each call has its own personality,” said Dunlap. “What you do, what you see is different, and so each one you learn from and see what you can improve on for the next call.”
