375th LRS Airmen unload C-17
Staff Sgt. Marcus Marshall, 375th Logistics Readiness Squadron senior controller, prepares the powered conveyer system of a Tunner 60K aircraft cargo loader to unload pallets of aeromedical evacuation equipment off of a C-17 Globemaster III, June 20, 2018, at Scott Air Force Base. “When I meet someone who hasn't heard of [the 375th LRS], I say, ‘We move stuff,’ and although that belies our true contribution to national defense and rapid global mobility, it's true,” said Lt. Col. Kazimir Kostrubala, 375th LRS commander. “Last year we received, processed and shipped close to 100,000 items, most of which needed a processing time of 72 hours.” (U.S. Air Force photo by Airman 1st Class Tara Stetler)
