15th OWS tornado predictions alerted Offutt AFB to take action

Thanks to the prompt efforts of Senior Airman Quincy Jones, 15th Operational Weather Squadron weather forecaster, Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska was given a two-hour notice before a tornado touched down. The early warning played a key part in protecting base population of 10,000. (courtesy photo)
