Scott hosts first-ever jump into new drop zone
Tech. Sgt. Kyle Oler, 375th Operations Support Squadron's Survival, Evasion, Resistance, and Escape non commissioned officer in charge, practices his jump before performing a static jump on March 2, 2017 at Scott AFB, Illinois. Scott AFB hosted this jump to streamline its capabilities and jump program while offering jumpers an opportunity to get required jumps accomplished as they face weather challenges elsewhere. The 375th OSS created the drop zone to increase the readiness of units in and around Scott AFB and for use by flying or ground units with an interest and the requirements.
