3rd MRS inactivates at Scott AFB

Lt. Col. Brian Bassham, 3rd Manpower Requirements Squadron commander, passes the guidon to Col. Robert S. Jackson Jr., Air Force Manpower Analysis Agency commander, relinquishing command of the 3rd MRS during the deactivation ceremony July 28, 2016 at Scott Air Force Base, Ill. The 3rd MRS has been on Scott AFB, in one form or another, since Jan. 1991. They officially activated Jan. 16, 1991, only to activate three years later in July.
