375th AMW Engine Room: Platform for Continuous Process Improvement
The design of the 375th Air Mobility Wing engine room at Scott Air Force Base, Ill., includes work action cards that outline an issue, and they are then placed on the wall-sized board under certain priorities they fall under. This is a continuous process improvement model aimed at transparency and ‘embracing the red’, which means knowing what all the issues are so it can be addressed before it is a bigger issue.
