Vietnam Vet receives medals 48 years after war

Army Col. Kevin Lynch presents Retired Army SGT. Cecil Wade with an Army Commendation Medal April 22, 2016 at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois. Wade was originally presented the Army Commendation Medal and Vietnam Service Medal when he returned from Vietnam.
