Capt. Deepa Patel, 375th Air Mobility Wing Judge Advocate Civil Law chief, is this week’s 375th Air Mobility Wing “Showcase on ICE.” Patel led an Inspector General Continuous Process Improvement event on the legal office’s estate planning process. The event culminated in a streamlined drafting process and reduced the office’s backlog. She implemented an innovative initiative to maximize JA Air Reserve Component impact. She drafted a policy on telecommuting and created a website allowing reservists teammates to pull projects and work from home. She implemented the first JA-EIM sharepoint site, which gave Team Scott access to legal assistance information.
