Showcasing on ICE

Senior Airman Alexandra Smith, 375th Operations Group executive administrative support, is this week’s 375th Air Mobility Wing’s “Showcase on ICE.” Smith has demonstrated her skills consistently while conducting her primary and additional duties, while assisting and advising leadership in the 375th Communications Group, the 375th Mission Support Group and the 375th Operations Group. From her time as a floor lead at the Official Mail Center to filling an NCO position, Smith has developed exceptional skills that have enabled her to effectively and efficiently accomplish the mission. In addition to working diligently with leaders, she has also notably developed an information management training plan, which she used to train additional executives and secretaries. Futhermore, her innovative thinking led to the creation of an electronic calendar consolidation, which combined the schedules of the 375th OG and 375th Air Mobility Wing leadership, which allowed for easy commander and support team viewing, as well as the deconfliction of more than a thousand calendar events. Finally, Smith was selected as one of five 375th AMW Airmen to attend the Air Mobility Command Flight Commander and Officer in Charge Leadership Development Program, where she offered her mentorship to 24 officers. Smith continues to pursue self-improvement while balancing her duties and being an Air Force Ambassador to the community.
