Senior Airman Maelynn Staton, 375th Comptroller Squadron, is this week’s 375th Air Mobility Wing “Showcase on ICE.” Staton works in the financial services travel section and manages the 375th Air Mobility Wing’s Government Travel Card program. Staton acts with excellence in all she does, focusing on providing world-class customer service. Her involvement has been instrumental in the base’s program with 2,400 cardholders exceeding the Air Force’s standard of less than 2 percent delinquency for more than 36 months, which resulted in securing more than $170,000 in rebates for quality of life projects. Staton’s key to success is an innovative and proactive program to facilitate early involvement of first sergeants. The program was lauded by the Air Mobility Command Inspector General’s office during the recent inspection and Staton was recognized as AMC Finacial Management’s Star Performer for August.
