Senior Airman Aaron Ibrao observes the weather using a hand held sensor Sept. 18, 2014 at Scott Air Force Base, Ill. The 375th Operations Support Squadron use a Kestrel as a back-up manual hand held sensor used when the automatic runway sensor is down.
