2013 375th Air Mobility Wing Annual Award Winners: Field Grade Officer Maj. Kathryn B. Shaw 375th Medical Group Shaw led 62 people from the lab and pharmacy flights, which delivered 425,000 lab results and 80,000 prescriptions for 60,000 patients. She revamped the narcotics control program and tackled 51 discrepancies and completed missing Drug Enforcement Agency inventory. She revised the physical therapy program for four clinics, reducing waste by 80 percent. She led an Air Force development team of six subject matter experts, answering questions for 2.6 million patients. She deployed the 1st-in-nation Virtual Medical Center.
