Civilian leadership

SCOTT AIR FORCE BASE, Ill. --Civilian Leadership Development Program participants were honored by Gen. Arthur J. Lichte during a ceremony May 21 for their work with the program. The program was approved March 30 for high potential GS-11-12, WG-10-14, WL-9-10 and NSPS equivalents at Scott Air Force Base to broaden participants' knowledge of the Air Mobility Command mission, structure and business activities of key organizations and improve their management and leadership skills through workshops and projects.
