SCOTT AIR FORCE BASE, Ill. --The foundation has been laid for what is to become the Shiloh Readiness Center. The center, located outside of the Shiloh Gate, will be the new home to the Illinois National Guard 445th Chemical Company. The 35,000 square foot building will also provide new areas for training, meetings, storing equipment and a gymnasium.
