STEP promotion
SCOTT AIR FORCE BASE, Ill. --Master Sgt. Dustin Sampson, Headquarters Air Mobility Command Communications, was promoted Tuesday under the Stripes for Exceptional Performers program by Gen. Arthur Lichte, AMC commander, in a surprise meeting. As the only STEP promotee in all of HQ AMC, this testifies to his outstanding support of Air Mobility Command and the Air Force.
