VOLK FIELD, Wisc.--Master Sgt. John Motley, Volk Field cadre, gives instruction to Airmen from 375th Airlift Wing on how to correctly and effectively build defensive fighting positions and other hardening procedures May 13. Sergeant Motley is from the 121st Civil Engineer Squadron at Rickenbacker Air National Guard Base near Columbus, Ohio. The Airmen from the 375th AW, along with other Air National Guard and Air Force Reserve units, are at Volk Field for a week-long training exercise.
