SCOTT AIR FORCE BASE, Ill. -- U.S. Army Sergeant Michael Dew watches closely to make sure the tail of the Blackhawk helicopter does not his the walls of the C-17 Globemaster aircraft while crews re-position it for it's flight on November 12, 2009. The Blackhawk along with its crew and maintainers out of the 1st 147th Wisconsin Army National Guard will be appearing as a static display in the Dubai airshow.
