AMC Change of Command
SCOTT AIR FORCE BASE, Ill -- Squadron formations march down the parade field to complete a pass in review during the Air Mobility Command change of command ceremony and General Authur J. Lichte, the outgoing AMC commander, retirement, Nov. 20 on Scott Air Force Base, Ill. The pass and review lets the Airmen show their respect to General Lichte before he officially retires and allows him to see his Airmen one last time before passing on his command status to General Raymond E.
