Final Respects
A contingent of military members from Scott AFB pay their respects as the funeral procession of Senior Airman Bradley Smith passes through Lebanon, Ill., on the way to his final resting place in Troy, Ill. Hundreds of people lined the procession route holding flags and signs. Airman Smith, 24, was Joint Tactical Air Control Party expert assigned to the Army in Afghanistan when he was killed by enemy fire Jan. 3. He left behind a wife and child.
