375th Vehicle Maintenance Flight

SCOTT AIR FORE BASE, Ill. -- Airman 1st Class Ashley Skaggs, a special purpose vehicle mechanic for the 375th Vehicle Maintenance Flight, cuts one of five straps securing a seat cover inside a government vehicle Feb. 10, 2010 at Scott Air Force Base.
