New windows for Bldg. P-40

Dale Tebbe a contractor with Malone Building Solutions, sands and prepares a window pane for a window to be installed at a later date at Bldg. P-40 at Scott Air Force Base, Ill, Jan. 18, 2011. The windows and doors must fulfill Anti-Terrorism Force Protection requirements that are set for buildings on all U.S. military installations. These requirements ensure that servicemembers, civilian and contract workers and their families are as safe as possible while on Scott. Contractors are carefully working around existing employees to install and refurbish approximately 400 windows and 15 exterior doors. (U.S. Air Force photo/Staff Sgt. Teresa M. Jennings)
