ASF cares for patients
Patients are offloaded from a KC-135 Stratotanker onto the Aeromedical Staging Flight’s high deck patient loading platform truck April 6, 2011 at Scott Air Force Base, Ill. The ASF at Scott serves as a transport hub for wounded servicemembers coming from overseas.
