AES provide rapid response aeromedical evacuation
Senior Airman Margaret Destin, 375th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron, inventories a medical supply bag in preparation for an aeromedical evacuation mission March 17, 2011 at Scott Air Force Base, Ill. The 375th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron provides rapid response aeromedical evacuation capability for any contingency. The unit trains, mobilizes, and deploys to support a Theater Aeromedical Evacuation System conducting aeromedical evacuation missions aboard C-21A, C-17, C-130, and KC-135 aircraft for normal operations and missions aboard C-5, KC-10, Civil Reserve Air Fleet aircraft in contingent situations.
