Pilot for a day returns to Scott
Jared Anderson is helped out of a C-21A by firefighters during a rescue exercise on his visit for the Pilot for a Day program July 7, 2011 at Scott Air Force Base, Ill. Jared, who is diagnosed with chronic kidney disease, was nominated to come to Scott and be a pilot for a day. The program gives seriously ill children a close up look at the Air Force.
