USTRANSCOM coffee shop contractor Sylvia Harvey rings a replica ship's bell, Aug. 3, to celebrate her final chemotherapy treatment. Ringing a bell is a tradition at the cancer treatment center where Harvey has undergone treatment for the past six months. When TRANSCOM staff members heard about the tradition they requested a replay in the coffee shop run by Sylvia and her Husband Ed Harvey.
