Flight attendants train by preparing 32 meals
Four flight attendants prepared a first class meal for 32 commanders on a C-40 Nov. 29 during a training day. The meal included pan seared pork tenderloin with blueberry wine reductions sauce, mashed sweet potatoes, garlic roasted green beans, and chocolate mousse with citrus sugar and fresh berries. The meal was a training event for the four flight attendants who usually serve in-between 12 to 20 guests at the most. This was a static aircraft on the ground and each individual paid for their meals with no cost to the government. (U.S. Air Force photo/ Staff Sgt. Stephenie Wade)
