Operational Readiness Exercise
Airmen assigned to “Base X” receive instructions prior to filling sandbags as part of an Operational Readiness Exercise held on Scott AFB Feb. 21-25. Sandbags are used to harden facilities, build bunkers and provide protection to buildings during attacks.
