SDDC Change of Command
Maj. Gen. Thomas J. Richardson takes control of the Military Surface Deployment and Distribution Command flag during the SDDC change of command ceremony March 26 at Scott Air Force Base, Ill. General Richardson will be the commander of SDDC starting today. SDDC is involved in planning and executing the surface delivery of their equipment and supplies to military members who are deployed.
