Scott host first TEDx

Retired Chief Master Sergeant Rod Ellison talks about the triumphs of his enlisted career and how he overcame challenging times during a TEDx event at Scott Air Force Base, Ill., May 30. He had the members of the audience choose whether they want to be a positve or negative example of leadership and charged the everyone to learn from the bad leaders.
