First term Airmen host leadership conference

Airmen look over the agenda prior to the opening ceremony of the First Four Airmen Leadership Conference (FALCON) Aug 8, 2012, held on Scott Air Force Base, Ill. The conference, the first of its kind on Scott, was designed for first-term Airmen by first-term Airmen to help them learn networking, professional development and self-improvement skills.
