Ground breaking residents new base access

Officials break ground at the South Adams Street railroad crossing Nov. 5 where the installation of drop arms will enhance pedestrian and vehicle safety. Once the drop arms are installed, the base plans to create a pedestrian access gate connecting the Lincoln's Landing housing area to the base near this location. Pictured are: Col.
