He certified 85 Honor Guard members in ceremonies, ensuring 1,100 details were performed flawlessly. He led 118 Active Duty, retiree and vet funerals and provided comfort to the Next-of-Kin. He conducted Joint ceremonial training with 23 Illinois State Policemen. He managed 48 Honor Guard weapons storage and created a tracking and issue log, resulting in 100 percent accountability.

She managed the Air Force’s largest data center, which has $3.1 billion assets and 3,000 servers. She directed the 375th CG’s strategic planning effort. She deployed the Virtual Operating Center and supported real-world readiness and three Operation Readiness Exercises. She launched the Air Force’s 1st C-17 sim network, linking 12 bases and saving $1.3 million in fuel costs.

He led the Air Force’s 2nd busiest medical call center, managing 10 staff members and fielding more than 700 calls a day. He streamlined the appointment line, reorganized the phone tree and penned 23 protocols, expediting 163,000 phone calls and reducing the wait by 55 percent. Vargas developed the Air Force’s first-ever MiCare patient intake electronic forms, which are now available at 74 medical facilities.

He conducted 34 controller evaluations and maintained the highest ATC standards, ensuring his team met all Air Force and Federal Aviation Administration standards. As an AF ambassador, he facilitated tours for 83 local and international leaders, which increased the knowledge if their mission.

Yaronczyk supported DOD’s Joint Strike Fighter program, leading a vent and air sampling and noise study. She shadowed local doctors, observing two surgeries and triaging 10 patients.
