SCOTT AIR FORCE BASE, Ill. -- Children create arts and crafts at Vacation Bible School at the Scott Air Force Base Chapel Aug. 4.  They also took part in music, recreation, and Bible classes.  This year a new class, called missons, taught children about giving and helping others.
