Respite care
Respite care is an Air Force Aid sponsored program which allows a break for a few hours a week or month to families who have the responsibility of a 24-hour day care for an ill or disabled family member living in the household. Families interested should be enrolled in the EFMP.

FitFamily
FitFamily is a web-based goal incentive program which encourages families to make healthier lifestyle choices, spend quality time together, set/track goals, and help instill an overall better family wellness. Is quitting smoking or dipping part of your New Year's Resolution? The HAWC's Tobacco Cessation Program is here to help you quit for good. Orientations are on Mondays from 1100-1200. Classes are every Monday from March 6th to April 30th at 11 a.m.

Running Clinic
This 6-week progressive training program will help you improve your 1.5 mile run time by increasing running endurance and building speed. On average, this program has helped past participants improve 1.5 mile run time by 1:12! Open to reservists and active duty of all branches with times 13:15 or slower. The class meets every Monday, Wednesday, Thursday from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. during the 6 weeks.
