Fall Festival and Chili Cook-off

Scott is hosting this year’s Fall Festival and Chili Cook-off on Oct. 21 from 3-6 p.m. at the Parade Field. The day will feature a bounce house, face painting, hay mazes, hay rides, popcorn and cotton candy, a petting zoo, chili dinner and hot dogs, pumpkin picking, a cake walk, a bier garten, a pumpkin toss (4 p.m.), a bake off, games, awards and prizes, and live music from Band of Mid-America Starlifter. To enter the Chili Cook-off, bake-off, trebuchet competition, to volunteer, or for more information, please call the Chapel at 256-4060. All participants in the chili cook-off must attend the food preparation briefing on Oct. 7 or 14 at 2 p.m. Those interested in the pumpkin toss contest must enter by Oct. 7 and it is based on a first come, first serve basis.
