Youth events on base Saturday

SCOTT AIR FORCE BASE, Ill. --  A Military Youth Fitness, Music and Entertainment Tour featuring Jordin Sparks visits Team Scott's Youth Center Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The Tour includes entertainment from Project Bear Essentials, Military Kids Fit for Life, featuring Sparks and Fitness Dance Group Sensazão, and a Youth Concert starring Lexxi Saal with hosts Kirsten and Kaitlyn.

Along with the tour, the Inaugural Mini Autumn Fest hosted by the 375th Medical Group, will include a Halloween costume contest, petting zoo and games.
The events include:

· Festival Kick-Off, 10 a.m.

· Project Bear Essentials, 10:30-11:30 a.m.

· Halloween Costume Contest and Parade, 11:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.

· Military Kids Fit For Life, 12:15-1 p.m.

· Youth Concert, 1 p.m.

· Dog Show and Child ID Kits, 2-3 p.m.

There will also be bins for food donations at the event. The food will be donated to off base food pantries. For more information on the events contact the Youth Center at 256-5139 or Force Support Squadron at 256-5508.
