Scott AFB Local Registration Authority Office relocates Published Jan. 9, 2024 375th Communication Squadron SCOTT AIR FORCE BASE, Ill. -- In an effort to centralize customer support functions on Scott Air Force Base, the 375th Communications Squadron relocated the Local Registration Authority (LRA) Office—a.k.a. SIPR Token Office—from Building P-61 to Building 859 (Address: 859 Buchanan St). Tech. Sgt. Sydney Sullivan, is the NCO in charge of the Mission Defense Team for the 375th Communications Squadron. This team provides mission assurance through cyber defense and maintenance. His teammates describe him as a caring mentor to young Airmen. In addition, they provide several other important services, such as encryption certificates that allow approved base users access to encrypted e-mails on mobile iPhone devices as well as mailbox certificates that allow for sending and receiving encrypted e-mails to organizational e-mail accounts.LRA office hours are from 9-11 a.m. for appointments and 1-3 p.m. for walk-ins, Monday through Thursday.
