In an effort to centralize customer support functions on Scott Air Force Base, the 375th Communications Squadron relocated the Local Registration Authority (LRA) Office—a.k.a. SIPR Token Office—from Building P-61 to Building 859 (Address: 859 Buchanan St).

For those who did not already know, the base LRA’s core function is to provide classified network access to base users. In addition, they provide several other important services, such as encryption certificates that allow approved base users access to encrypted e-mails on mobile iPhone devices as well as mailbox certificates that allow for sending and receiving encrypted e-mails to organizational e-mail accounts.
LRA office hours are from 9-11 a.m. for appointments and 1-3 p.m. for walk-ins, Monday through Thursday. The office is closed for training every Friday.

Scott AFB personnel requiring assistance should contact the LRA Office at 618-256-5329 or e-mail at 375cs.scpsc.lra@us.af.mil. They are always more than happy to help and look forward to serving the men and women of Scott AFB.
